1. Introduction

By using the KindleCoins application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. KindleCoins is a promotional rewards platform designed for entertainment and loyalty purposes.

2. KindleCoins Reward Points

KindleCoins points are promotional reward points awarded within the KindleCoins application. Points are virtual promotional credits and have no cash or monetary value, do not represent deposits or prepaid balances, and cannot be purchased or exchanged outside the app. Points are non-transferable between users and do not expire as long as your account remains active.

3. Promotional Rewards Policy

Users may redeem their earned or acquired KindleCoins points for promotional rewards listed in the catalog, such as digital vouchers, partner coupons, or promotional rewards. KindleCoins determines all reward values, point costs, and availability at its sole discretion. Fulfillment of rewards is done manually and typically takes 24–72 hours, subject to security verification.

4. Refund Policy

Since KindleCoins points are promotional reward points and do not constitute currency, all redemptions are final. Points redeemed for rewards cannot be refunded or cancelled unless fulfillment is rejected by KindleCoins due to stock unavailability or technical errors.

5. Prohibited Activity & Fraud Prevention

Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated scripts to watch ads or earn points, creating duplicate accounts, or attempting to buy/sell points outside the app. We employ automated and manual review systems to detect fraud.

6. Account Suspension & Limits

KindleCoins reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found in violation of these Terms or engaged in suspicious activity. To ensure platform safety, we enforce daily and monthly redemption limits on reward points, which may vary based on account verification status and subscription tiers.
